An accessory designed to protect and seal delicate record labels during the application of the Record Cleaner. The liquid does not damage the label, but some older records may have more sensitive labels.
Helps remove accumulated dirt and preserve the stylus, extending its lifespan. Use before listening, never immediately afterward.
A support mat for product application, providing stability during cleaning and helping achieve a better finish.
Deep cleaning for those who want to go further.
Ultrasonic waves help loosen dirt accumulated in the grooves of vinyl records, reaching areas that conventional cleaning cannot always access.
Our process uses purified water produced through reverse osmosis, antifungal treatment and careful aesthetic finishing. Each record also receives a new inner sleeve, completing the cleaning and preservation process.
Each session takes between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the evaluation of each batch. Our machine can clean up to 15 records at a time, providing efficient service for larger batches from collectors and record stores.
Direct Drive turntable developed by Giro Limpo.
The Giro Groove project was born from a simple need: to create affordable turntables for people on a limited budget that would not damage records through excessive tracking force.
From the beginning, the goal was to develop simple and lightweight projects, produced through 3D printing, while still delivering excellent audio quality. For this, we use good-value cartridges that are easy to find and replace.
The tonearm was designed to be simple to use and require no complex adjustments. The tracking force is 2.5 grams, an ideal weight for achieving good audio quality without applying excessive pressure to the record and, therefore, avoiding damage to the vinyl.
After many 3D-printed Direct Drive prototypes and a Belt Drive model, which eventually became a commercial DIY product and is now available here as an open-source project, we arrived at a new evolution.
From this evolution came the Giro Groove DD.
It combines the simplicity and lightness of the tonearm from previous projects with the durability and convenience of a Direct Drive motor, without the need for a belt.
In addition to the Direct Drive system, the Giro Groove DD features a Line output, allowing you to connect it directly to a speaker available in your home, without the need for additional equipment for this connection.
A simple, affordable turntable designed for those who want to listen to their records without complications.

DIY turntable project with files made freely available.
After many prototypes, tests and improvements, the belt-driven Giro Groove reached a version that was produced and had several units sold.
The project is now being made freely available to anyone who wants to build their own turntable at home, for personal and non-commercial use.
As an open-source project, you can customize your Giro Groove however you like: use stickers, combine colors, experiment with different filaments and create a version that reflects your personality.
If you build one, share the result on social media and tag Giro Limpo. We would love to see the different versions of the project out there. Whenever possible, please give proper credit to Giro Limpo.
The Giro Groove DIY is free. If the project was useful to you and you would like to contribute so that new projects can continue to be developed, any donation is welcome.
